I have, but wasn't eligible because my GPA wasn't quite up to par ;_; I pretty much screwed up my freshman year by sleeping in most of my classes but i recovered towards the end somewhat and did better in my later years.

I decided for now to just wait until the Spring semester to start in January so I could be more financially stable. Between now and then, I certainly hope to have a job and enough money saved up so that I can get it. Since I'm just going to the local community college, tuition isn't that bad, just a little above $1200 for 12 credit hours.
