  • i am sorry for the late reply. :_;

    i suggest you make a fanclub in the other club section at the same time advertising the group too.
    In mother nature's eyes, we are all equals. No animal is more deserving of the right to live than any other, no matter their intellectual capabilities or brute strength. While I respect your humanitarianism, I would think that, as good human beings, the very least we can do is to try to understand and help other animals, or at least not brutally kill them.
    I am sorry, but I have zero tolerance for people who support cruelty toward animals.

    Humans are in no way superior to other animals. The life of a human is just as valuable as that of an average dung beetle. Just because humans have great intellectual power, does not make us superior. We are frail animals. We are not fast, or strong, or good hunters. What other animals may lack in intellect, relative to humans, they make up for in strength. We may think we rule the world, but try telling that to a pack of hungry lions.

    "I understand that what appears to occurs in the video certainly appears to be inhumane"

    The understatement of the century. This video shows the raccoon dogs having their paws slit and shaken out of their skins alive, then having their bloodied bodies thrown onto a pile of others who went before them, often still alive through the whole thing. The workers are shown kicking the animals, and the worst part? These people are laughing in the background. Laughing. They enjoy their job. If these were humans that were getting torn out of their skins alive and kicked around like footballs, we wouldn't be laughing.

    I beg to differ. These animals are, in fact, aware of what is going on. How could they not be? They're growling and struggling violently to get away. You can see the fear in their eyes. Just because they don't think the same way as we do, and don't have the same level of intellectual power as we do, does not make them stupid.

    Now, PETA. PETA are radicals, not to mention hypocrites. I don't like PETA much. They say they are "saving" animals, but they kill more animals a year than they save in six years. But like I said. This video isn't linked to PETA, just posted by them. I can dig up more videos if you'd like, just let me know. This isn't the "exception" to the rule. This is commonplace in the meat and fur industries.
    You're missing the point, honey. I don't support PETA, and frankly, that's why. Did you even watch the video? Doesn't matter who posted it. The point is, it happens, and it's not okay. This video wasn't even taken by PETA. Any decent person would be horrified at the material in the video.

    Also, please learn to spell "propaganda".
    Ah, I see~ And what about the manga?

    Thankfully, I don't remember much of the dub since, as I said, I was pretty young XD Regardless, I now prefer watching subs over dubs anyday.
    ;; My stepsister loved the series and it annoyed me. I did like the cards though. And what's-his-name the little mouse guy I thought looked like Pikachu with wings when I was much younger.
    You two should totally come down to Indianapolis. ;D

    ...'cause my car is too crappy to make it up to West Lafayette. >>
    No prob, love that show! Watched it sooo many time dubbed and subbed. :D Nobody ever talks, noooo, such a sad story. ;;
