As a moderator, I respectively think you need to take a chill pill. There is no reason to get so worked up over the magnemite situation, especially when you are playing on an emulator. Emulators have save states and you can save at any point in time and load them at any point in time. For VBA, saving is shift+F(number of slot) and loading is just F(number of slot). I made it through there in 3 tries with my emulator on turbo, so there is no reason to freak out when you are probably playing on normal.
