The last thing my doctor said to me was "imagine you're on a beach" so all I remember was a lot of sand imagery. It's VERY disorienting.

YES. I had to take a lot since apparently pain medication has no affect on my body, so I was taking more than normal. I was so nauseous and would get sick every morning. I'm glad you're feeling better though! I hear ya, eating jello and soup was so hard, all I was craving was steak hahaha.

WHAT BUT WEDDING DRESS SHOWS ARE SO GOOD. I agree about Car shows though. Ick indeed.

Isn't that the weirdest feeling ever?? I remember being transported to a different room, but it was part of my dream.

Now that you're a few days out, how has the pain been? Watching TV and holding a blanket to my mouth is pretty much all I did too. Those cooking shows are so addicting, I can't just watch one episode!

Other way around :) I work long hours during the week, so having spare time then is kinda hard. Luckily, they offer weekend ones! I would have been so sad if they didn't haha.

I'll save my experience for after your all recovered then hahaha. That is good though, you don't have to go through the paint twice.

Awww, I hope it all goes well and that you have a speedy recovery! I know some people who really didn't have any issues with pain post-surgery. Are you getting them all out or just a couple? I had mine taken out summer 2014, so I get it.

Mine is going good so far! work is really, really busy (got a new job) so that can be stressful, but at least I like it. I also start cooking classes soon :0
