I always make very unique characters (You should know this by now) but I do my best to not make my characters unrealistically powerful or overpower (unless I have a totally good reason or it makes the plot better) them. I often give GMs the option of using my characters to help further the plot, add twists, keep things interesting, you know.

I hope it won't seem OP or unfair if my character has one of these? I have a legitimate history and reasoning for him having it, and that Poochyena would be inside it.

So, at RP start, he wouldn't have a Pokemon he could use. I might have him catch a few Pokemon, but he won't have a Dex. Will he fight in Gym Battles? Possibly.

That said, you could consider him a "Special Character" and possibly use him for plot purposes if you so desire.

Can you fill me in on anything I need to know about ReBurst? I haven't read it before, but it's something about fusions, right?

Perhaps you could let by with a Poochyena? I have a nice and interesting character thought out if this is okay.
