Well, Aurincha basically the Finnish word for sun, "aurinko", combined with An-chan. I wanted it to begin with the letter A and so on... The point was to make it sound a lot like An-chan. I don't really like it a lot myself yet, but it'll grow on me. I just have to get used to it first... I just really had to change it, because I was fed up with having to settle with secondary online aliases. An-chan is already in use at every second page. It's way too generic that way... Aurincha is much more original and, yeah, weirder.
Also, An-chan means "a man" in Hiroshima dialect. Anchan is also a spa resort in Thailand. Aurincha, as far as I know, doesn't mean anything, as I only get 28 hits when searching it on Google (some of which actually lead to me now).
That aside, "pronounce it fancy"? :D I pronounce it roughly something like Aw-ren-chah, except totally differently, since I pronounce it like I would in Finnish. I wonder what it sounds like in Spanish. It should be about right... I guess?
What's up?
