They range from access to a special forum, increased avatar/profile pic size, a blog, extra PM space and also you get more profile customization options.

These users who donate are known as PC Supporters, and there are 5 main tiers, and one special VIP tier. You can also win PC Supporter status in certain events, like in my case.
