Same thing here. I used to spend a good hour, EV training ONE pokemon with Super Training, until I found out about EV training with hordes. Now the only thing I use Super Training for, other than 4 or 8 EVs here and there, are evolutionary stones. Here's the site I use for ALL EV training...
