In 2020 it used to be the case that you could send in an extension form explaining your circumstances and they'd grant it without needing medical documentation, but sadly they changed that rule - you need signed proof from a professional for them to even consider it. I did still contact my instructor to explain. Hopefully he's a bit more lenient with allowing me to pass, at least! And I was able to earn a couple more credit points from taking part in research surveys.

It was quite a blow to my confidence as I've never struggled so much on one assignment, but it was also an important wake-up call, and I've decided I'll be studying part-time next semester to prioritise my health and wellbeing over graduating faster! So I have a feeling things will improve from here on out. ^ ^

And I'm glad to hear you're doing fine! The changing seasons must be quite beautiful over there. My family has never celebrated Halloween much, apart from my suggestions to watch a scary movie! Nobody else where I live celebrates it either. It's unfortunate because I think all the traditions around getting dressed up, pumpkin carving, setting up decorations and sharing candy sounds like so much fun! I absolutely will take part in all that some day, but for now, I will have to make do with sweets and scary films! What are your plans for Halloween, Sam?

Also, thank you for the compliments - I love PC's customisation because it's a quick, fun way for me to get my "creativity fix", which I suppose is why I change things up very often! Hopefully I'll have some of those banner drawings ready to share in November. :)

Well I'd definitely like to try and set this up as an event for the Ice type Club then =3
I called the numbers 'rough' as I've been debating against myself what the proper numbers for mons Wonder traded would be. I don't want to do too many, because then it becomes more of a chore and won't be appealing to people. But if I do too little, it'd feel too easy. I feel like these 'rough' numbers make an acceptable balance between the two.
The numbers can be tweaked though if deemed too low for example.

Ah so there's presets for badges then? Or I might be misinterpreting 'styles'..
Because I was thinking a Delibird or just a Delibird Head would be fitting. Since it's basically a Santa Bird Pokemon and fits with being an Ice Type as well =p
With it's signature move Present (Delibird is still the only one that learns it by level up, though others can learn it by breeding) also being very fitting =3

As a new club owner I was just wondering if there's any restrictions for club events/badges?

I was thinking of a Wonder/Surprise Trade event for the duration of December for the Ice Type club, where club member would trade away Ice types (which can either be caught or bred) through Wonder/Suprise Trade. Preferably they'd post a screenshot or photo of their box before they start trading and then another when done (not sure if this can be asked of club members). Could possibly be tied in with a Club badge. For some rough numbers: 6 Ice types Wonder/Surprise Traded is Bronze. 18 is Silver and a full Box of 30 is Gold.

The idea behind it being that December has Christmas in it and is the time of giving as well as being the starting point of Winter. (And I associate Winter with ice Types I guess). Reason I'm doing the whole month rather than say the last week or 2 is because people tend to be busy during the holidays so this would give them more time to participate ^.^

Hello VisionOfMilotic. I hope you are well. Thank you for the very kind Birthday message and pictures. Those cakes all look so delicious

I am currently working on the next couple of chapters of The Rose of Team Magma. Rose continues to grow into her role and a new role for Sarah too. Rose is changing a little due to her time in Team Magma and spending time with her newly acquired Pokemon from Team Magma. A few characters also make appearances some of which may surprise you.

I have not had much time to Shiny Hunt but did catch a Shiny Pangoro in a Shield raid. It has dark red hands which is lucky as I missed the sparks and some shiny colours can be hard to see in Dynamaxed Pokemon.

I am looking forward to playing the Sinnoh games again. I have not had a full playthrough through Sinnoh since my Pearl Grass Monotype. Despite it's many weaknesses Grass is a good type in Sinnoh. Torterra and Roserade are excellent Pokemon and Cherrim is great fun to use in the Sun. Vileplume is available and Chlorophyll fixes its speed issue.

Vileplume is my favourite Kanto Pokemon and was the most used Pokemon in my Grass Regional Monotypes. I am of course more associated with Lilligant but Vileplume is probably my signature Pokemon.

I am still working as a receptionist and am doing well in being a vegetarian. Since becoming vegetarian I feel healthier and am cooking more. My friends brought me a few vegetarian cookbooks too.

I watched the anime for the first time in many years last week and saw the episode with Erika in. Erika was harsh to Ash at first but is kinder to him as he helps save the Gym (Which is shaped like a Vileplume). I liked that Erika was shown as a strong trainer who cares for her Pokemon. It's heavily implied that Ash would have lost to Erika if the battle was able to finish.

I had an excellent birthday.

Basically the nominations here would go in to a poll (in a new thread) after a week from starting the thread. I've only made a poll once before (in a different section), and from what I remember you can only add 1 question in a thread.
So: Is there a way to make multiple questions in 1 thread?
I'd much rather make 1 thread with all 3 poll questions than 3 threads with 1 poll question (which is also the main reason I split up the nominating into 3 types at a time... i didn't want to possibly end up having to make 18 poll threads all at once xD).

Also haven't seen you post in a bit I think, hopefully your just busy and it's nothing serious? =)
