how do you create new regional maps and new pokemon intro screens (like groudon on ruby) and insert them into the rom bearing in mind cyclone doesnt work on my laptop possibly using nameless tile map editor

hey dude thanks, i never actually realised that it takes up so much rom space let me ask you do you want to form a small hacking team if you tell me how to do certain things then i will give you credit on the intro screen and call you the co owner to my hacks. hey dude i need to ask you there are a few things i want to learn can you help me tell me your skills so i know whether to ask you or not.
p.s you pretty cool for a 14/15 year old n im nearly 20 you dont think im childish for liking pokemon so much do you? :)

I'm only asking him if i can use one of his old ones just to save time i might not be able to use it yeah but its worth asking don't you think.
Besides even he probably wants someone to make a hack the has all legendary pokemon as events and also the 3 regions with the islands, what do you think of the idea btw i have tried to do things from scratch but theres only so much a hacker with little knowledge and understanding can do.
p.s sorry if i seem sarcastic i don't mean to and btw do you want to help me with the hack i think its a great idea everyone will love it and it won't be like shiny gold kanto will be the same as fire red, johto will be like the one in zels shiny gold hack and also if i can get lots of help hoenn will be like emerald with everything including the battle frontier :) pm me for more suggestion please or just post back on my profile :P my real names james by the way and im 19
