As far as I know, you can't actually warp the camera, but you can fool the player into the effect. Basically, you just fake it. This would all need to be done with level scripts.
It wouldn't be that difficult. I'd assume the warp to a map, then in a level script, a hidesprite for the player, and then just applymovement's around the map then a warp back.
