It's study dude!

You can use a hex-editor to change the header of a ROM.
It's a 4 byte word at 0xAC.

Here are some of the default headers programs will look for:

Firered : BPRE
Leafgreen : BPGE
Ruby : AXVE
Sapphire: AXPE

The plugin uses the ROM's header to determine what type of pokemon game it is.
If the header has been changed the plugin can't determine what game it is, and as a result most rom hacks have had their headers changed to prevent people from stealing content.
If you know the ROM base you can change the header back, and if correct it'll work

lol u serious!? You'l be waiting a long time, probably more than a month because inserting sprites and overworlds is so time consuming and I haven't even started it yet. Well, your choice on when you want to play it but don't expect another Beta too soon. lol

I plan to do that in the next Beta. I'm still collecting quality sprites and Overworlds and then I will insert it when I'm ready.

Uhah...Scripting, huh? Well, it's done PPRE...but doing it directly through it can cause it the rom to crash...well, HGSS anyways...that's how it was for me anyhow. I used hexing with PRRE to add the new answer on goldenrod city radio tower and new items. And to be honest, I'm not good at explaining how to use a hex editor. LOL
