Yes, exactly that is why I usually avoid using them (Unless it's Awakening or Radiant Dawn cause it doesn't really matter in those.) but there are exceptions. I think the most important thing to me is that I like the character. : ) And I have a weakness for blonde FE archers haha (Klein, George, Leonardo <333 )
Klein isn't the best archer by far but Percival is actually quite good and doesn't lag behind by much compared to other Paladins.
