Solid for me is 29-31 in everything. Shieldon is 31 in everything, if you can make Abra 31, perfect.

I don't have that Cresselia, but one of the pokes that I can offer is a lv 1 Careful Shieldon with stealth rock, ut, solid IV's almost 31, and shiny. What are Abra's stats?

It's probably in about 5 weeks, if they opt to cycle through again instead of adding another 30 B&W/Unova episodes to the cycle. Each region has 5 episodes rotated out and another 5 added into the list each week.

Might not have the episode you're looking, though. If you want to start from the very beginning, the site is probably 2 months from cycling back to the beginning of Kanto for the Kanto episodes (which includes the Orange Islands arc). Looks like the first episode of the Johto saga is up this week, though, as are the first few episodes of the DP/Sinnoh saga. Hoenn is probably 2 to 4 weeks away from cycling back to the beginning.
