Yea, it was going pretty well too, but I sadly don't have the time for it...I'm not letting it die, though, so I'll just postpone it for a while...well maybe a little longer than a while...lol

Yea, It's a co-GM thing, so if I'm not around much, the other GM should be able to handle it.

Although, I had to postpone Odyssey, I just don't have the time to manage such a high-level RP, might continue it again once winter break comes...we'll see.

Hey. I just saw your SU on Teresius. From your characters history it sounds like you would have given King Vince a lot of trouble. I hope you get accepted. Would you mind if our characters have a little bit of shared history? What I had in mind was that Ardor and several other knights were dispatched to go deal with your bandits, and we may or may not have won. Of course, you have to be accepted first. But it just seems like something a good king would do, send some knights out to route some bandits that were troubling a city. :) Also, this would be before Ardor became the Arcane Archer. He'd still have been just a regular knight at the time. If you want to, of course.

Just wanted to let you know since our characters go through the same portal that due to hard times I'll be gone for a few days so feel free to bunny Alvah if you want just let Supervegeta know you have my permission.

As for what you should be doing at the moment in Odyssey 2, these two days are your last two days to basically have freedom of resting, training, etc. Once those two days are up, the Tournament starts. The RP currently is on the second day, so the day before the tournament. Everyone is mostly doing their own thing, and people in the Order are mostly training separately.

I say your idea, the first one, is a pretty good and slightly more original one, especially because there's a very good chance that the good guys don't actually win, which brings a new bit of flavor in the RP. I like it.

hmm...I like both ideas, although technically, the first one wouldn't be considered KOTOR, as it is said in the modern Star Wars era. Still, I think I like that idea better than mine. :)

Yea, I was thinking about possible ideas for it earlier. I remember I had a few ideas thought up.

One idea was to make the RP take place DURING the Mandalorian Wars, since none of the two games actually went into the action itself. We could choose to play as Mandalorians, or as the Republic led by Revan and Malack, inluding Jedi, but then that would be a story where we would already know the outcome, so I dropped that idea.

Instead, I thought maybe it could take place 500-1000 years (still deciding) after the events of KOTOR I and II , so it would be a completely fresh and new storyline. A simple war-based RP is a bit common by now, as there are a lot of them. Instead, I thought maybe it could be about one of these:

1. A Jedi training academy type of RP, where the RPers start off as apprentices, an then rise through the ranks, while also getting the opportunity to help out those in need from Mandalorians, slavers, etc.

2. War is breaking out between the Republic and the Sith, after many years of uneasy peace. A group of Jedi try to maintain peace, while a group of rogue Sith try to insinuate war. This would take place on only one planet, Coruscant.

3. (OK maybe the war plot isn't worn out. :) ) War between the Sith and the Republic is happening. The other RPers are soldiers of either side, trying to help that side out (they could have classes, like in the game), before they are discovered by the Force and train to become Jedi/Sith.
