I kind of agree with you with that. Though, really, none of the 4th Act Villains are particularly weak to White Magic offensive spells. My character is... well... probably going to be a Black Mage.

I still do need a bit of help, what with the actual battling. I originally planned for you to be able to fuse with your pokemon. How would I be able to balance that with keeping them separate? I mean... being an MMO, people can join each other's parties and cover your back. Should I just leave that out, or what?

I like making horrible people. It's fun. Hell, the RP's ... 2nd act villain as well as one of the 4th act villains are pretty terrible, too. Not as bad as this person, but still bad.

One of them turns people into monsters because his father told him to (And he wouldn't dare disobey his father). And his father... Oh dear god his father... he is probably one of the biggest Complete Monsters I have ever made. It's not even a close competition. He's worse then everyone else I've made. Maybe not worse then them combined, but still worse then all of them.

... Also I have made a trio of villains that depress me so very much. I would never be able to use them on this board, considering what two of them have done, but... still...

You're lucky... I can never really get into MMOs, even if I want to. I usually lose interest after the... 3rd day. MAYBE 4th.

... Actually, you know what? I think I will. You'd get a pokemon based on the class you choose, I suppose. That'd make sense to me.

Yeah, it should be somewhat like an MMO... as possible as it would be.

Currently, the pokemon thing revolves around the human and their pokemon fighting together. The pokemon influences the type of stats you get as well from when you generate it. Now, in the battles themselves, you can either fight separately or fuse together, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. However, I can't think of any way to really implement this, or of what advantages and disadvantages you could get. You would think that it would be fairly simple, either 1 strong guy, or 2 moderately strong guys... but then there are parties and raids to take into account.

You can't really get any other pokemon due to this, though... That is all I got currently. It's terrible, but to be honest, I really don't have much else to go off of right now. I am definitely open to new ideas.

Oh yeah, I know how you are... But I don't need much help on an Act 1 Plot. It's fairly simple, after all... I just need to come up with the overall plot before coming up with Act 1's plot, then work on the fighting.

... You think you can help me on how the pokemon stuff works? I'll probably need help with that.

It'll probably be a while, as I got to think of a **** ton of stuff, but when I have a lot more then I do now, then I'll post it. The plot probably won't take too long, I just need the various pokemon **** done.

It's basically a virtual reality game, where you have a pokemon 'partner' with you. You can fight alongside it, or merge with it, with various pros and cons to each one. You are a newbie who gets their first pokemon and sets off on a journey into this MMORPG... yeah .hack has heavily influenced this.

The villains of certain arcs of these RPs can range from petty thieves who rips people off, to the bosses of the game, to people who are trying to kill people from inside the game using strange magic.

I have to develop a **** ton more about how battling will work with the pokemon, how friendship will work into this, what will happen with trade evolutions and the various villains and antagonists of the game. I have the basic, basic thing set out so far.

Huzzah, I have an idea for an RP! ... Now to just develop the really long plot. And... with the exception of maybe Act 4... it shouldn't be too disturbing! ... Well, it'll be disturbing, but not on the levels that I usually employ.

... It's only too bad that when I do post this, it'll only get halfway through Act 1 before people lose interest.

Oh yeah, definitely. Either one would probably be tough to do... how would all of them get to the future? Not all of them have a Master Sword they can use.

I know, right? I liked adamwestslapdog's OOT abridged, too... honestly, xanauzumaki's is slightly better in my opinion, just because of Link and Navi's personality. And yeah, time travel would be confusing... In both MM AND OOT style RPs.
