and rikus heart wasn't clouded with darkness until he accpeted it to be. up to that point riku and sora were equal candidates for the keyblade, riku because of his talent and ability, and sora because of his heart. i think THIS is what BBS is about. REALLy why sora got the keyblade in the end, and why ven looks like roxas. oh, and the connections between terra/riku xion/kairi will be given bearing too

yeah i think thats exactly why riku didnt get it. he proved in hollow bastion that he was oringinally worthy for the keyblade however, but i think at that crucial moment, destiny sort of took a different plan. i think thats why sora had the dream beforehand, because theres soemthing that KNEW it would happen, ithe voice in the room said "so much to do, so little time." the dream was preparing sora for soemthing he didnt originally have to do, sort of overwriting his previous destiny.that's why i REALLY want to find out whats up with the dream that sora/roxas has. DIZ knows, because he created a vitrual version of it for roxas, remember? Sora was unconscious, it couldnt have happened in "real life". and plus, roxas's dream had nobodies in it, and nobodies shouldnt even have keyblades in the first place..oooh my head.. this'll all be explained properly in BBS, i hope..:P i'd look a little stupid if my theories were wasted lol

most likely. maybe Xehanort only remembered that name because it was the name of his master? a sort of "reminder" of the tie Xehanort has to the darkness, so it never goes away

i think the connection the apprentice has to Riku is only the connection riku has to ansem, Xehanort and the fact that all 3 have entered darkness. they're like a trio that transcends the storyline lol, not like the 3 mainstream trios we already have (i like to call them "the trio of trios" XD)

yeah it's always the two boys in each trio that have unbreakable loyalty to each other i find. sora/riku, ven/terra. one uses darkness for his freinds, weakening himself in the process while one resists it, taking the others destiny.

that's my complex theory XD. riku was meant to have the keyblade. remember the scene when sora got it?

i think Xion is keeping herself alive by feeding off one of Soras memories to give her shape, and maybe it's a memory of Kairi? maybe thats what makes her that appearance..

and i think that the apprentice is most likely Xehanort, because it's been stated that after the keyblade war Xehanort had no memory of his former self, most likely the apprentice. i might add that his master states him to be evil and shows remorse for his mistake, because he now knows his apprentice is gonna mess things right up all the way to kingdom hearts 2 :P also there are scenes in final mix that would give the hint that Xemnas was trying to regain the memories of his former self in "the room of sleep" sleep is often paired with memories here. and dreams, like the place where the tutorial always is, i REALLY want to find out what that place is. my fave part of the game easily :P the soul moving music there, but it's also..disturbing
