here is something weird....... before enetring mays house i can just go to the area where birch is being chased by a pokemon and when i talk to birch the game freezes.... infact i can ignore birch and continue to the grass that contains wild pokemon

while testing the beta i found lv 1 raikous and lugias in the grass in the first route of the game....... i think you should check on this.... the beta is extremely buggy and glitchy :(

also note this. i would suggest you complete the major parts of your hack before actually insterting the music (though ill make sure its all ready for insertion) as i have found it can actually cause major issues (accedental overwrites, runtime errors, etc). music is read backwards by the game if i remember correctly, while everything else i do believe is read forwards. just makes sense to place music near the bottom anyhow as some things can be manually edited, including custom soundbanks, voicegroups, or whatever there called, lol its been that long.
