Should I run a +speed nature with -defense or a +attack nature with -defense on Pikachu? If I run sticky web, I would do the latter and have some hp investment for more longevity. I know Pikachu is frail, but is it possible to run a wish-protect set with volt tackle and hp ice? Force out a switch and wish. Then protect and switch out. I could get more hits off that way...

Your welcome! Are you running a mega? I know mega Lucario is banned on smogon, but vgc is different...

I would defenitely use Leafeon. You are already using goodra as a special wall, and you need a physical one. Sylveon is more of a special wall. I think sylveon is higher tiered... It's ultamitely your choice. You probably know more than I do. Greninja is super good. Delphox seems to be your signature pokemon, lol. I hope you do well and make sure to tell me how it goes. :)

And Leafeon is a physical attacker, and you only have one other physical attacker (Lucario) unless the greninja is physical. I hope I'm helping.
