Usually, CSS doesn't take that long, but I had a lot of stuff to put back into it from my original layout. I also wanted to find the right Zigzagoon picture to put at the top. XD And I wanted my text to blink so bad, I couldn't stand it.

Not me and someone else. You see, the NPCs in Oblivion are hilariously stupid. By hitting one and having an NPC that likes you watch the other guy hit you back, he'll attack the other. Then you just put on your chameleon enchanted armor, start attacking more people, and let it go from there X3

It's on PC, 360, and PS3. I personally love wearing my Sheogorath outfit while I cause riots in the street. It's quite fun to do, as there are many NPCs to screw around with, including respawning city guards X3

Yes, and the world map is entirely accessable. If there's a big mountain, you can climb it! If you see a fort, you can go inside! There are over 100 locations throughout the area.

You should. The games let you do just about anything you want, like kill people or climb onto buildings to even not bothering with the main quest entirely. Oblivion is the latest one, and the PC version allows mods to be added.
