No, RMXP and the GBA format are very different, and it took alot of work to make an RMXP format version of pokemon. So there is no current program to turn an RMXP file into a GBA file

I understand, but you can try to look for every pokémon DPPtHGSS element(graphic) on internet. That's what i'm doing, well, actually i don't like all the HGSS stuff, you know, i'm just gathering the stuff i like most. But there're no things ready for you and nor anyone else. BUT, there's a project, the second part of Pedapp, i don't know if it's still active but it will contain EVERY Pokémon DS game element, more like Essentials but with the Gen 4 stuff. BTW, it's a thread on Game Development.

Yes, there's it's called Nintendo's Pokémon Game engine, or something like that which is the basis for pokémon diamond and later modified for platinum and later modified for heart gold; but it's the engine that Game Freak and Nintendo has(i think only nintendo). In other words, there's no program. The ways to make it is to make it on RMXP, on Sphere, on C(C++, C#), Java, Game Maker, Game Editor... i duno... you have to do some effort to achieve a game, not only with a desire. Did you think that a game comes ready to be edited? If you wanna 'make' a game with all the pokémon stuff, then begin to hack the DS or GBA roms.

Yes, it's in the general game folder.

For the problem with 'getPlayMusic' - just delete the audio.dll file.
But for your second problem... I really don't know. I think there was an answer to it in one of Pokemon Essentials threads.
