When my Kirlia learns Teleport and use it outside of battle, it's suppose to teleport back to the last Pokemon Center, but it only teleports back to Violet City. Not anywhere else.

I got it, apparently i did two things wrong:
1: In the folder I opened the wrong application, I had to open up Setup.exe
2: I had to save it to the folder of the game for it to actually work

i did, when i open the folder and click on the installer it says wrong OS or OS version

how do I fix the bug which doesnt let me go into the forest near azalea town?

Also, at Olivine City, when the Rival first appears, the music lasts for quite a long time, and one (or more) of the trainers at the gym without Jasmine can put out a fight. Please fix. =]

I think you should fix the trainers not acting up in Union Cave, that leaves Lapras very defenseless, giving me a huge advantage to catching Lapras and avoiding defeat on the way. Reinforcements are required as level 20 trainers can take advantage from this and overpower their team after the 4th gym battle when they get surf.

When I go do the national park event on Saturday (evening at 6:00 PM), East house, I spawned in Mt. Mortar F2 in an inaccessible part of the map. If I click quit, an error shows up, if I go to the exit, it exits me to another part of Mt. Mortar, and the event is over.
