I would love to do the trade back, but do they have to be legit to get in the pokedex?

I can do a trade back for mew, ho-oh, lugia, and celebi, latias (but they were hard to get legit)
The others I can trade over permanently depending on what you offer. at the very least I can trade you them over to just complete your pokedex.
