No, I do not have a Master Ball. I used mine to catch my first Legand because I ran out of Pokeballs. *laughs* So, do you want anything I've listed?

Male Eevee, Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Piplup, Farfetch'd, Cyndaquil, Pikachu Colored Pichu. I have a few Female Pokemon for trade as well like Jigglypuff, Iggly Buff, Cleffa, Sunkern and Lapras. I can also get you a Dratini from the game corner in a second. I can also catch you any non-legand from heartgold/soulsilver Johto region, other than Pokemon accessed by Rock Climb.

If none of my Pokemon sound that interesting, then I also have a couple items to trade. Moon stone, Muscle Band, Fire Stone, Black Glasses, Thunder Stone, Leaf Stone and Hard Stone. I can also buy you any item from Johto Pokemart, Indigo Plateau store or Goldenrod Department store.

Hmm, it seems the best against Bugsy would be Fire, Ghost, Fighting, Poison etc.
So, maybe Haunter is a good choice?
