Can you help me track down 4 shiny pokemon? I am looking for : Nidoran(male), Bellsprout, Staryu, and Aerodactyl.

yeah... I'm alright, kinda shaken, but okay. they got into a car crash.

I've been all over the place... a friend of mine just died, so that's been taking up most of my time.

sure, you know when you go to just about sen the pokemon into the gts, look at the little clock in the corner and from the point of that clock starting and does 1 full circle, then that is one. you have to let it do 7 full circles and anywhere in between it doing the 8th circle (preferably just before the gts takes your poke) switch your ds off and if it works, you should restart your ds and it should say an error has occured just before you get back into the game itself and then go back into the gts and if its worked, you should have 2 of the pokemon you wanted to clone. best idea tho is when you go to offer your pokemon, ask for something like a torterra lvl 9 and under as its impossible to actually get one so you have full safeness in getting your poke back. this is why it might take a while cuz its not guaranteed to work everytime but it does work on pearl and diamond

I can try to help you get your SID...Smogon has a thread all about it. You'll need an UT shiny that you caught yourself by random encounter, no chain. It would be better if the poke was lvl 50 or higher, but you can get around this. Save your game with the poke in your party. You can get rid of its EVs (effort values: stats gained from being trained) with berries if you've used it before in battle. Next, use Rare Candies on it until it is about lvl 50 or so. Use the calculator for IVs at http://www.legendarypokemon.net/ivcalc to determine its IVs. Then, follow Smogon's instructions on what to do with the IVs. Remember you need to know its exact IVs, not just the possible ones. By lvling it with Rare Candies, you narrow down the possibilities. You'll need the RNG Reporter software to find your SID once you have the pokes IVs. http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/deducing_secret_id .
