I think that if you breed somthing with a ditto and the ditto is holding an everstone the bred pokemon has a 50% chance of having the dittos nature, it may be that if the male pokemon (bred with a pokemon that is not ditto) is holding an everstone the bred pokemon has a 50% chance of having the male pokemons nature, i might have got it wrong though and you could always use synchronise w/ wild ekans, that sorts out natures anyway and long vm :D
