Because I'm an idiot, that's why. My term paper was due on March 26th and I just turned mine in today, more than two months later. Funny thing is, I'm going to get away with it without any points taken off. On one hand, it's nice not to have to worry about lost points but on the other hand, if I don't have any motivation to get things in on time, I slowly (or sometimes rapidly) get behind in work and I can't catch up. I don't know how but somehow I managed to work things out by pulling an all-nighter to get as much work done as possible. Luckily, because today was the last day of classes, every single class was optional. After attending Spanish in the morning, I used my two free periods, the break, lunch, and two skipped classes in order to maximize the amount of time I could spend on my term paper. And I think things actually turned out not so bad. Funnily enough, I'm not actually that tired right now. From my experience, the fatigue from zero sleep hits you hard in the early morning when you would usually be waking up but then fades as the day progresses, only to rear its ugly head once more in the early afternoon. But surprisingly I'm feeling okay. I know it's only a matter of time though. I should really try to get as much studying in for the subject tests now before I crash in a couple hours. But then again, maybe not.

Hm. It's now almost 4:00 AM over here. It's funny to think that soon you'll be getting up and starting a new day when I'm still holding on to what I perceive as yesterday. Heh, and now I can't even tell if what I'm saying is profound or if it's just the nonsensical ramblings of my delirious, sleep-deprived self. I'm looking forward to reading this tomorrow afternoon. It'll be weird reading something that I wrote but not really remembering the act of writing it. This reminds me of a series of Calvin & Hobbes strips in which Calvin writes letters to himself and addresses them to "future Calvin". As I recall, it was one of those things that's kinda funny but it's actually really deep and meaningful if you think about it too much (otherwise it's just cheesy). What am I talking about? I need to go get work done now. See ya.

edit: Alrighty. It's now 5:20 AM. If I go to bed now I'll get some 45 minutes of sleep before I have to wake up again. But would that really be worth it? I mean, I think it would be much more beneficial to work on my term paper for 45 minutes and pull an all-nighter than to get a laughable amount of sleep in the hopes that it will improve the quality of the work that I plan on doing during my free periods tomorrow. Hm, though sleep does sound nice right about now. Y'know, it probably wasn't the greatest idea to do this right before I have to take the SAT IIs tomorrow at like 8 in the morning. I'll have recovered for finals next week which is what really matters but I still think it'd be nice to do well on the subject tests too. Ah but spending time typing up meaningless VMs on PokéCommunity won't benefit me either way so I guess I'll go now. Talk to you later.

I would totally go for the "Whee!" idea... if I hadn't done the exact same thing for the girl in the southeastern house. But hey, great minds think alike, right?

I think I'll go with the second one. Though I'll probably have to make it so that her OW disappears when it's night because it might seem a little weird if she's playing on the beach at two in the morning. Then again, that's if I decide to implement a Day/Night system at all.

Anyways, thanks. I've actually been making some progress these last two days but I just couldn't get past that one NPC. Let me know if you need any help so I can return the favor. Well, I guess it's back to work for me.
