I'm in Europe too, you don't have to go anywhere haha. You just go on Mystery Gift, connect to Nintendo WFC and click "Receive gift" and you can then collect it in any pokemart.

I EV train when I have my favourite team together, but I don't look into IVs. I'm not too fussed as long as I have my favourites I usually mess up a little bit on the EVs, like half my pokemon can have like, 253 in speed and attack, then a random little bit in HP or something ¬¬

Apart from Umbreon it was my favourite team years and years ago in good old pokemon blue, so I thought I'd recreate my old team, plus an Umbreaon instead of Charizard :/
