OK, well probably Gyarados, but it can go either way - my Whiscash is a rest talker/area sweeper, so gyarados will do well against surf

what time will you be on? (and what region?)

perhaps gliscor? whats its moveste/gyarados's moveset. i'm thinking flygon as my second, it has surprisingly good HP, and knows Dragon Claw, Dig, Crunch, Dragonbreath (soon to be fire punch when i get enough BP)

OK, well, how about the tower, have a flying-type/levitator as your lead, and i'll use my whiscash

if your lead has fly/dig/dive/bounce/shadow force, it would help

also, mybe if it knew a fire-type move (grass-types kill whiscash)

you can decide what to do for the secondary pokemon

Yes, memento Uxie works. There have been more than enough on smogon to use it. I'm adverse to it though for one reason: that second opportunity. There are times in a battle where everything doesn't turn out like set-up and sweep, and you have to improvise and alter your strategy. That second screen can be vital in certain circumstances.

I would use Yawn though, as I do with everything, but that's all up to you. You could go with the generic trick and drop Uxie as well, that's the common lead, it'll work too.
