  • I will believe you when you show me what you are doing.

RIGHT. FFS. WHAT LANGUAGE ARE YOU DOING THIS 2D GAME IN!?
I'm not sure I entirely believe you guys have thought this through enough as you're still pretty young. but if you have a dream that you're really passionate about and you have the drive to do it, then I reckon you can.

I think an RPG where you start off in like a real life normal town but then end up in a psuedo alternative version of your world would be really cool. And your actions in the parallel world would effect your life in the real world, that'd be awesome.
Ignore fabio, he's morkula's lapdog. I generally liked your thread idea and feel the way Morkula spoke to you was abysmal and rude.
I know they use tools, companies have used different tools for years. Once again, you are avoiding my first question. WHAT PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES DO YOU KNOW!?

Ok, show me this Pac-Man rip off. I bet it is just pretty much the same. And I argue the point because I don't like people lying about this sort of stuff.
Also, you are questioning my dedication to gaming.
I am going into my 3RD year of University at Bristol.

What is your dedication? Your word you have been doing it for 5 years?
Who is the most likely to be highered in the industry?

A bedroom coder who can only claim to know or someone who has a University and industry certified qualification.
    Tough choice!
You still haven't answered my question. What programming languages do you know? And prove that you know them. I have studied many for years, so I will know if you have an actual understanding, or you are just copying and pasting from somewhere else.

The ins and outs of the Wii and PS3 are well known. Even I know all that, it isn't hard to find out. Why does it matter when my passion started? A passion is a passion.
And for the record, I have always liked and enjoyed games. I have created crappy little ones on my own.

Ok, so if you nearly have a prototype, what type of game is it? 2D? 3D? Side scrolling? What program did you use to create it? What language? What complier? What assets? What libraries? What audio mixers? All the basics of making even a 2D game that wouldn't stand up to the AAA titles in the industry.

    Please enlighten me.

Just so you know, if you can't answer these BASIC QUESTIONS, you know NOTHING.
He took games apart and put them back together? WTF?
Meaning he actually took apart a disk? Interesting, since you can't do that.

Ok then, so you must be a child prodigy if you can make games. What languages do you know fully then? If you are telling the truth.
The reason I find this hard to believe, I am doing Games Technology at University. It is a lot harder to make a game and to understand how to make a complex game, instead of just 'taking' apart a game.

So he 'took it apart' what did he learn? What did he find? He would have just found source code, if that, because they are PROTECTED DISKS.

WTF ROFL! YOU STUDIED FOR 5 YEARS?! So you were 9 when you started? Ok, what idiots took you on and where is your qualifications? I would love too see.
    Also, photoshoped ones don't count.
Well, I don't know what your talking about, but I don't care. Anyways I'm finishing up the picture for your signature.
sorry, i gave up on hacking end of last year, i have my last year of school now and i have a lot of workload to get through. you can continue to use the maps that i have already made.
