Well theres tons of people you could ask.. dont you have any spriter friends? :)

Then play D/P/PT and HG/SS for some ideas. Also, you could just start the hacking for everything that you current;y have planned.

Just start writing things down on a piece of paper. Write out the plot, the features, and how the story will play out gradually into the hack.

uh well at the moment im a crap spriter if im being honest so right now i am making just rough drafts of fakemon i can make the second a mate of mine can teach me how to improve :) so i cant make any sprites for you yet sorry :/
