    I'll be updating it sometime this week. Ok, let me get this clear, I know it can be really frustraing when people don't know if it's a hack or not, but don't start spamming.     I made the water tiles by myself, while the avatar is one of the rivals from Garnet!
    Kuroda-Taiki made it. It looks good, so i decided to use it as an avatar. :)

    Argh, sorry, I was very tired then...
    Well I made seperate tiles for everything that was over the water. For anything under, I went onto gimp, put them in, made a new blue layer over them, then made it semi-transparent.
