No no, I think you are confused.
I mean during a pokemon battle, if a pokemon of yours falls asleep due to the effect of an attack, such as sleep powder, you can wake it up by snapping into the microphone, then saying "Wake up"
You can also Un-Confuse a pokemon by snapping into the microphone, no words needed.
It USUALLY works, though there are some limitations.
Rest attack ALWAYS makes you sleep for 2 turns, you can't wake the pokemon up like this.
This also doesn't work online, it would be too cheap if players did that.
It also doesn't work in the battle frontier.
I don't just find easter eggs in pokemon games, I look around in all sorts of games that I may have.
Though another pokemon egg, already known by people, is that if you breed a pokemon of yours, with a pokemon from another country, there is a MUCH greater chance of breeding a shiny pokemon than normal.
It's cut down from a nearly 1 in 8000 chance, to a 1 in nearly 2000 chance.
If you think you might not have that greater chance, look in your Pokedex, if you have a pokemon from another country (For instance, a japanese ditto) then when you go to Ditto in the pokedex, you can change the language of the pokedex data from your games language, to japanese. (Or whatever the language of the pokemon in question is.)
