I called Nintendo twice, the first guy wasn't so helpful, but the lady I reached the second time wanted all of the information she could get from me. (Router, location, how long it took to D/C, the such) Remember that time they kicked us off of wifi? They were updating the servers, and ever since then a select amount of people have been receiving error code 91010 or 81010. She said she can't promise anything, but it should be fixed in a day or so.
