Yes. The two projects will help each other: what I do in Tanuki tail can be useful in the other game and vice versa, so it will be still in development. The story of Tanuki Tail, although not fully developed, is an old story I once came up with, first as an idea for a manga, then for an adventure game (a lá Lucas Arts), and now as this NDS game, so I want to push it through.

In any case, I'm about to start another game in collaboration with a colleague from college (pun intended), so progress on that would go even faster because we see each other every day. Also, this game will be easier to make (Tanuki Tail is a hell of geometry that will soon be unstable and needing lots of optimizing, this one will have tile-based movement [like pokemon]). The story will be less crazy so will be easier to make when the engine is done enough.

Thats my personal favorite one.

I don't know how to use it, though, but if I recall correctly, it can use either PokeScript or XSE style of scripting.

I have all of his preformances. I am looking for his books but eh... No luck. Personally, i became agnostic after seeing his stuff about religion. (Basicly i beleive that their is a god in some form somewere in the universe, but everything religion says is a load of crap)

I also am not sure how to fix that but I encountered a slightly the same problem long ago.
What I did was, (1) open a clean Emerald ROM with A-Map, (2) I viewed the map where I was having trouble with, (3) I went to File>Map>Save Map As... and I saved it, (4) opened my hack once again with A-Map, (5) viewed the map where I was having trouble with, (6) I went to File>Map>Open Map, and I chose the map I saved earlier from the clean ROM, (7) and then I went to File>Map>Insert Map, (8) A-Map asked for an offset, so I gave it a free offset, and presto! My map was fixed...

I am not sure if this method fixes your problem, though.
In any case, it's worth a try, just remember to save a back-up copy of your ROM.
