I just have habit of starting the day and saying to myself, "Today I'll only eat healthy things!" Which stays true until I come home and then I'll munch on something bad. On top of that I think that excuse, "I can eat all day, but I don't gain a pound!" is a poor excuse for poor eating. I once went on this cleansing diet because I'm always tired and I was really energetic for as long as I was on it, but then I got tired of it and went back into my old habits. If I lived on my own I would only buy healthy foods at the grocery store, but since I'm just a child living with my parents I'm surrounded by bad choices that I can't help saying no to. /end rant. :D
