The IP is different. Verizon seems to have changed it. Just use the domain name manse.us instead of an IP address and you shouldn't have those problems.

As for the server update, I'll look into it. It should at least be up and running now though. In the future, feel free to email me if the server goes down - they get delivered to my phone so I'll know about it much more quickly.

I downloaded the server file directly from the site so if it's not the right version, it means they haven't released the new version for the server yet.

Server should be back up and running the correct version now.

Care to point me in the direction of the update?

Threat list suggestion: make bullets for each counter, so it makes it easier on the eyes (and probably less intimidating for new battlers), maybe slightly easier to find counters without having to skim through all the text, and just makes it different from Smogon's analyses I guess lol? i.e.

- Gliscor is good counter for Lucario because yayaya.

Just a thought that came to mind mmm.
