Yes id recommend coil,it ups accurary (great against cynthias double teaming spiritomb) attack& defense :) and since 90% of the pokemon in Unova are physical with serperiors godly defnses already it pretty much tanks everything even flyin types&fire types.

i just beat the 8th gym and my whole team is lv42-45 (my beginner is always highest, except from the fact i used crimgan to own the 8th gym by itself lol) and thats only cuz im holdin back,so i can purposefully lose against ghestsis so i can manipulate which nature i get on zekrom (adamant,or jolly)

my main team currently is: crimgan,serperior,chandelure,elektross,&archeops havent decided on a final team member,i used to have sawk,scolipede,tranquill,& larvesta (but due to my plan to manipulate zekroms nature i had to box larvesta too powerful once evolved 1st time i beat the game i owned the champion with just a volcarona with maxed out quiver dance)

im hoping to go to K-mart to get the special edition dsi simply cuz you get black with it AND you get 1other pokemon game for free, 270$ for only 170$? hell ya ill take that kinda deal lol just gotta get the money lol

The E4 is kinda easy actually. I beat all 4 with just Hydreigon and Serperior.

lol i cant help it, once i stop holdin back i blow threw it, which is why ive held back ever sincegold&silver came out, red&blue where the only challenging ones til black&white :)

the only bad thing about the grass beginner, is that its moveset is mainly physical& horribly stale, the best offensive moveset ive come up with is:
leaf blade,coil,dragon tail,&arial ace.
or leaf storm,leaf blade,arial ace,&coil.
of course in competitive play the best set would be contrary ability,reflect,light screen,leaf storm,&hidden power.
