I've been training for the last two months, both running and bodybuilding (I still don't do lifts because I need to get rid of my little fat). I started and died after 1.5km. Two weeks later, I was running 7km and that became regular to me. As of now I'm more focused about sprinting and getting my fat burned down, and in the summer I plan to learn a martial art.
