  • Hmmm it depends on your tastes i guess. The story is kind of confusing at the beginning and takes a while to get on its feet, and the combat can be rather vexxing at times. But it is a pretty original battle system, so I think its worth it just to see whether its your thing.

One thing I will say, I doubt it would be quite as enjoyable on the PSP as it is on the DS. I can't see controlling the wisp with ur joystick being as useful as using the stylis.
Hmmm theres a good amount of narration though. Now that its gotten later the battles have started to have more meaning so its getting better
I mean, the storyline is more centered on the villains or flashbacks of what happened. So far all the wisp has done is fight a bunch of random monsters in the wild.

The girl who saved your soul from the castle has really little dialouge as well... all u see is her being chased for a while, and a bit about here trying to catch up with the wisp.
Technically... although im kinda inclined to say theres not really a main character. You control the whisp, but it never really talks or anything (although some weird little line of dialouge will come out every time a battle starts that might be the wisp talking).
Took a while for me to figure out but I think I've finally got a hand on what the story is.

Theres a sorta duel storyline going on... Basically one is a bunch of flash backs looking back at what happened, and the other is current events. Basically, a couple years ago... the king of this empire was killed in some tragedy attack that happened on his castle (not sure on what happened yet). But somehow, his soul was saved and captured, then left in the castle. Now some corrupt cardinal has taken over and the land is at unease (its not really terrible though...)

The game starts with some mystery girl stealing the soul of the king. And the "wisp" you control is probably the soul of the king. Basically part of the time, you watch the cardinal and his cronies talking about trying to capture the girl, and the other half of the time... you follow the wisp. As the wisp, you are able to sorta half resurrect fallen soldiers you find, who u will be able to control. And after each battle, when you get a couple soldiers, you get a little look back into their past... and all of them are usually revolving around the "calamity" that happened when the king died.
Finally got that knights in the nightmare... Man what a confusing game. Both story wise and combat wise.

The combat is kinda hard to explain... but the worst part about it is that u really have to wait until the enemy walks into the range of one of ur characters. Still, its quite fast paced, so it offers a fun little challenge.
Hmmm stocke hasn't really done a whole lot yet XD. Just kinda went quiet at everything. And of course its not as big as chrono trigger, but I wasn't really expecting that. The combat is pretty cool
Started playing the game Radient Historia... I can see this game getting pretty damn complicated... in crazy time travel chrono trigger kinda way...

Anyways first impressions are pretty good
lol havent really touched my pokemon white since I started playing that rom hack.

Lunar games o.o? Is KitN part of a series or something?
lol. no not really, just waiting for knights in the nightmare to arrive. Should be any day now. Kinda playing phantom brave still but I'm stuck on a really tough level
It just so happens that I also have a Koffing and Natu that I can trade. I'm really looking for a Meowth or Zigzagoon, but if you don't have neither, I'll settle for some more starters.
If possible, could I get some starters from Gen I-IV? I don't have any from Gen I and III, only Chikorita from II and Chimchar from IV.
