i've abused to pokemon into VMs in a pokemon count of law that's a jailable offence

Not sure, I just go on the spriters-resource.com look for pokemon g/s maps, and rip out the graphics into tilesets.

i'll do even his running frames on bike frames sufing and fishing if u need them right now:)
im asking because i don't really like the red wes did.
if i make it he will look very similar to the hg/ss red u fight at mt.silver. but if u want to use that okay use it:)

only use those pals that are in and u can insert every ow u want:)
(dont know how good i explained it though)
so lets say u have an pidgey ow u want to insert there in which ever ow u want it an even be an people ow if u dont use that ow anymore than.
save the ow u want to change somewhere open it in paint or any prgramm u use for editing and use the pals that ow u saved to amke a new one and insert it u wont have any problems than and u can if u want make gary use the pal the hero uses if u want to make him look similar to red with pal's.
(dont know if i explained it now better)
but all this means yess u can but when u change the colour u said just be sure u dont make it another colour like red to blue because if u do that every single other ow which had that red in his ow will have it blue.
when u change an colour change it into another red thats the best so u can be sure that the ower ows who share the same pal will use that changed red than.
and let me ask will be the hero of ur hack red??
if yes would u like me to make u the ow of him in hg/ss style of course he will look like red in hg/ss than. but if u wont use red as the hero okay than:)

its because if u try to edit that pallete again u will change the pal of another ow again like wes did with the ows who share the same pal(in fr are used only 7 pal i think tell me if im wrong) and 6 other pals i think for the reflections and this suck really.
u have to asm hack that to get mroe pals(im trying to find someone who can do it too)
but well u can try to save that ow with the messed up pal and use that pal to amke a new ow and reinsert it...maybe....:P

i knewed it kinda that its weslayfg's base i saw it i think at the beginning when it came out but forgot about it
and got really confused when i read that it's kyledoves:)
but well i wasnt useing them anyways im making custom ones:P

As I've never actually tried, it's hard to say. Buuuuut, from what I've read, it isn't that hard. Just a little bit harder than Ruby in terms of actual picture (as Ruby is simply one background and the stars from the same pic, Firered has the background, flames and the Charizard, which doesn't seem that hard.)
