I can understand correcting me on the caplization of pokemon, but imo I think centered signatures are a bit gimmicky and unnecessary. Isn't it a little far if you criticize someone just because their signature isn't centered?

Actually, that whole "Emerald is unstable" argument is a myth! Seriously, it's the tools which are the problem as opposed to the ROM itself, trust me on this!

Hackintoshes defeat the purpose. You don't get everything running out of the box, regardless of what you might say. You still need to install a bootloader and load up custom DSDTs, etc. That's just become very easy over the last year, providing you're lucky enough to have supported hardware. You miss most of the trackpad gestures (synaptic kexts still suck), etc, etc. Whether an update will break your install is a gamble even after you re-apply patches pre-reboot. You can get basically any software running on any hardware to some degree, but native is always better. Trust me - been there, done that. Not going back in a hurry. Just because you can run software on another piece of hardware with a lot of effort, doesn't mean it's not still exclusive.

Also, when I said nice hardware, I was referring to the quality of the casing/keyboard/trackpad/screen. You'd be pushed to find the same combination of quality components in any other laptop on the market. Obviously desktops are a little different, with a desktop you can build whatever you want and the Mac Pro IS expensive. The iMac isn't a desktop, it's an all-in-one, which isn't too far removed from laptops as a category. Except that the rest of the all-in-one market is tacky.

Believe me, I'm not an Apple fanboy. I'm posting from my custom AMD desktop running Windows.
