Gastrodon is mainly used as an Anti Rain Pokemon and Slowbro stops top tier Physical Threats.

Oh, Forretress is good, just be sure to watch out for Magnezone that switch in. Volt Switch may be able to aid you in defeating it.

Really, they're bad Pokemon, I know it doesn't seem like it, but there's Pokemon that are so much better. I'm not lying to you that they're outclassed/bad in general. xD
The rest of your Pokemon are good. You could use a Sandstorm Abuser like Landorus or Excadrill over Vileplume.

Nah, you aren't that bad, but honestly, practice doesn't do you much good until you know what Pokemon can help you win a game and which ones can't, and then you can delve deeper into types of strategy, and team synergy. Vileplume and Shuckle aren't really great Pokemon, I reccomend removing them from your team in favor of Pokemon with more competitive potential and viability.

Haha in hindsight, it does, but it really wasn't mean to be. Just keep making the effort to improve. The first step of course, is to determine what's viable in Competitive Play.
