yeah, it's always better to experiment a bit. it would be rather boring if everyone uses the same pokemons while there are thousands other combinations. and you'll never know, maybe you even find better ones than the ones on smogon.:D

well, that's a good gliscor moveset. I guess that that will do some good damage at though pokemon and can escape quikly if needed.

does the everstone works on a male pokemon too? I thought it only worked if equiped at a female pokemon...

yeah, that's an alternative, but IIRC if leach seed is used and celebi is switched, the pokemon that's called in will be healed instead. since celebi is mainly for laying stealth rock and can be taken down quik, leach seed is a good move to support the team.

so a female adamant arcanine@everstone with the male adamant arcanine. I think that that will do.

ah I see. so I have to give a everstone to an adamant ditto and breed it with the arcanine to get adamant growlithe with good IVs, right?

yeah I thought so, then I'll look for a new suicune and raikou. then it will be a hard time to convince someone to trade me a suicune and/or raikou with good IVs... but I think I'll be fine, gamefaqs has enough idiots to get good pokemons (that's how I got the arcanine lol).
well, then I'll keep the eevee and breed the arcanine. arcanine is male, does that matter?

yeah I know, that's why I wanted to use celebi to mainly lay stealth rocks and not to sweep when celebi can't do that.

also, I've got some IV questions. I found two pokemons in my boxes, and I just did and IV battle and checked the IV of 4 pokemons. and this were the results:

Shiny Timid eevee(yay!): 2/20/15/19/18/26
Adamant Arcanine: 31/31/24/19/26/31
Quirky Suicune: 0/9/16/2/15/2 (Hidden Power is Fire)
Quirky Raikou: 25/7/0/0/0/0 (Hidden Power is Fighting)

the IV of the eevee doesn't look bad except for HP, should I keep this eevee?
the arcanine has great IVs, but it's already lvl.100 (got it in trade), and the EVs were stupid in HP and Def, so I can't change it. instead I'll use it to breed to get a high IV growlithe.
the IVs of Suicune aren't really great and its hidden power is fire. should I keep him or look for an another one?
and I'm worried about Raikou. his IVs are really bad, and it's Hidden Power is fighting. so Hidden Power Grass or Ice isn't possible in its moveset. I suppose that I should look for a new one?
