For me it's fine. I just feel kinda bad for some of the suggestees who have to wait ages for their suggestions to actually appear. I'd much rather have a long list than a short one, as it means I don't have to think about what my next one will be! :D

Ah, I have done my fair share of Random Number Generator abuse in other games. And no, as long as you're saving out in the field and not savestating on an emulator (which I know you don't do, as you say you much rather prefer the real game), I wouldn't think it would be cheating, but after seeing all the stuff that this guy thinks is cheating.... really it'd be a 50/50.
