I have a good idea. Maybe I could make it where after you beat the main game, you can challenge the legendary pokemon. After beating them all, the player could then battle Arceus.

I might as well make some of the legendary pokemons optional bosses.

I might make a series of optional bosses in my project that is based off of the final fantasy bosse. Besides that, I am definitely going to start working on a function that allows the player to switch Pokemon members during random Pokemon encounters. The player can only use four Pokemons during battle, but like I said, I am going to make a function that allows the player to switch a Pokemon out with another Pokemon during battle.

I forgot to tell you. My fangame is like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Except there is no pokemon turning into a human. I'll tell you what I got so far:

~ As Celebi leave the Sage's Forest, Mew caught up to him/her and asked why he/she is leaving. Celebi mentioned he/she wanted to leave the forest to end the war. Mew then asked what will happen. Celebi said to tell the others he/she will will come back when he/she travel in time.
~ Meanwhile, Mewtwo; the bad guy of the game invaded the Summoner's village and kidnapped the newborn summoning pichu. However, because of Mewtwo's lack of interest, he abandoned the baby. ~

Let me explain:
There are two types of pichu: Normal and Summoning. I'll explain more about it later.
I don't know if Celebi should be a he or a she.
And Mewtwo is the bad pokemon.

I know what you're talking about. :) I played that game. I defeated the last boss.
I might start making a function that allows the player to change Pokemons at a certain point of the story for my project.

I'm thinking about making a battle theme item that allows the player to change the wild pokemon battle theme. Like final fantasy theme or pokemon theme.
