Hmm, for the most part Reaper and Logic are similar, but the layouts are different. From my understanding, in Logic (which is more similar to FL Studio), you make a pattern, and then put it into some sort of playlist.. with Reaper, you basically lay all the patterns out.. or something. (Sorry, kinda vague, haha).
