I never really fancied choosing a Leaf starter. I just had this feeling they won't do me any good later. But I chose the leaf starter in Platinum, Turtwig, and surprisingly he is doing great! Lt. Surge's button thing was frustrating! I was always unlucky lol. Every character in the franchise is better than Ash. I dropped the anime because of him tbh. What is your favorite Pokemon type?

Oh, you need to watch them play then! Nadal is amazing! I didn't like tennis until I saw him play haha. I started kickboxing when I was 10. My coach recommended MMA after that so I did that until I was 17. I still do practice every now and then. I am pretty good, but I'd prefer not too really get into it lol.

Yeah, I realized that the experience wasn't as bad as I though it would be, and I really did benefit from it. Wow, those experience sound awful! I hope your new job will be more pleasing to you! I worked part-time jobs in high school and first year of college. I worked at a liquor store; I made some good friends there and people liked me when they wanted to bought something, so it was a pretty swell job. I also worked as a assistant manager [yes, assistant lol] of a hardware store, and I hated it. It was like a nerdy version of high school lol. But it was pretty good. I made good money, but I was fired for a stupid reason lol.

I know that. Where we used to live, we were right on a corner, and several people (a) wouldn't even slow down for the stop sign, and (b) fishtail and swerve as their car rounded the corner. Now fortunately, the place where I used to have to stand to wait for the school bus was on the opposite side, or I might have been hit by one of these idiots. It's like people slowly forgot over the years how to use common sense. And even in perfectly fine weather, people will still pull out in front of you without looking. Some folks really need to go back to take the driving test at the DMV again.

Okay:) That's the grade where my mom worked as a part time aide/substitute. Weird thing is, she didn't need any certification for the job. I guess in our district, it's only the "main" teachers that need it. She'll start back sometime in early September.

Yes, and they'd be so cute together. They almost look like twin sisters :P I still have yet to find a real life dress that looks like Lisa's so I can dress as her for Halloween, though xD

As for me, not much. I've mostly been working on my story, trying to get hotels booked for my parents and myself, and planning my getaway in October.

Haha true, but doesn't he learn Metal Claw at like level 13 in FR/LG? I remember beating Brock with him alone haha, but that all stops when I face Misty. I hate her Starmie and that Water Pulse of his! The first generation had the best Pokemon overall tbh. After further generations, all went downhill imo. Well, my favorite gym leader is Giovani. I beat him easily but I really like his Pokemon lol. I like Gary too. He always beat me at first but then I dismantled him easily lol. xP

Heck yeah. It's been a decent experience but I need a real break! Hopefully, your schedule won't be tedious as mine. I've been working my butt off, yes, just because I am leaving soon and I want to leave a good impression of my employer so when I come back I can have my job back immediately lol. Actually, my job is secured despite going away for a few months. Thank god he's that father of my friend or I would have suffered finding a decent job.

I saw your haircut in the pics thread. You looked cute, and it suits you a lot. I once let my hair grow till my shoulders. Yup true story. I looked like crap though haha. Now, I cut my hair every three weeks or less.
