It is no different than if you traded on Wi-Fi. If you get scammed the person gets banned but you might never see your cards. If you do it make sure you have triples of every card you send XD. If you only have one don't send it at all XD. It is like sending clones but you pay more if they never return or you never see the incoming cards.:)
