Yeah, same happened to me.

I've had mine for a bit, I got mad last night when I found out walmart put them out at midnight and I couldn't go get them but since I already paid for them at GS I held off, I got a bold oshawott and am at the 1st gym!!

YES PLEASE! Oh and you see I'm playing Pokemon White 2 and the moss rock to evolve Eevee into Leafeon is inaccessible until you beat main game. So I was looking for someone who has Pokemon Black or White to evolve my Eevee.

I know Keldeo is 15, the trading of Lv.50 was a general statement and not related to an event (which in my book qualifies as nothing out of the ordinary).

I don't like the idea of trading in Lv.50 Pokémon from the start, esp. since they will obey anyone with five badges, allowing complete and total annihilation of the endgame. However, trading in unhatched babies lets one still put the Pokémon under their ID, and thus they become insider Pokémon even if not found normally in-game. I consider this acceptable for a first run even.

With that said, I do have plans to complete the main Dex in that game before fully branching out into the complete Dex. This is why I someday need a used copy of White for the other DS; to trade legendaries over that are not in B2/W2 (and a lot of them ARE found there).

Oh, and I'm trying to clone my Keldeo, and I will be seeking a cloned Genesect from the current event for my Black without trading the new one back.

Ah, so you're CST...and sorry, I must've not read the "availability" bit very well. Was watching a hockey game (yup, no lockout in the CHL!).

I'll get back to you with a time probably by Tuesday morning. That's the day I also pick up B2/W2 perhaps, hence why it's going to be my next trading day. :) I'm going to eventually want to transfer my babies from B/W over to B2/W2 - hopefully I can find a used copy of White to stick on the older DS model and take care of that problem! It'd be nice to play the game with the Pokémon I want that cannot be caught in-game or early enough!

Let's put Clamperl fourth. As I trade it with DeepSeaScale, it evolves to Gorebyss immediately and you can breed a Clamperl from it if you really want one of them. Huntail I can't do ATM as it's a DeepSeaTooth; I can bug the Treasure Guy for one...
